Donine Kelly, a Physical Education teacher at Hamburg Area High School was recognized by her fellow teachers as the Teacher of the Year on May 16. Donine also received the Arnold Fink Innovation Award, the first teacher to be honored with both of these awards by The Lancaster Lebanon Berks Chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of Health and Physical Education Recreation and Dance.
