Abilities in Motion Appoints Stephen Swanick as Executive Vice President of Growth and Strategic Initiatives

Abilities in Motion (AIM), a nonprofit organization dedicated to cross-disability advocacy and community-based services, is proud to announce that Stephen Swanick has joined the organization as Executive Vice President of Growth and Strategic Initiatives. In this role, Mr. Swanick will report directly to Stephanie Quigley, President and Chief Executive Officer of Abilities in Motion.

“We’re delighted to welcome Stephen to our team as he brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in driving growth and building impactful partnerships,” said Quigley. “His expertise in strategic planning, business development, and fostering relationships with industry leaders will be instrumental as we expand our services and introduce innovative initiatives to support our mission.”

As Executive Vice President, Mr. Swanick will lead the development and implementation of ethical business strategies, strengthen existing funding partnerships, and forge new collaborations. His efforts will focus on securing opportunities through grants, pilot programs, service contracts, and additional offerings.

Prior to joining AIM, Mr. Swanick worked as a sought-after business development consultant for nonprofits in the Greater Philadelphia Region. Earlier in his career, he served as a director for various cancer diagnostic companies and co-founded Perirx, a Philadelphia-based cancer diagnostics company.
