Berks lacrosse: Alex Gabrielli’s overtime goal gives Wyomissing boys a 6-5 win

Alex Gabrielli scored the game-winning goal in overtime as Wyomissing defeated Exeter 6-5 in boys lacrosse on Tuesday.

Gabrielli also had an assist in the game.

For the Spartans, Owen Gibney and Adam Baker each scored two goals, and George Schwambach had a goal and an assist. Truman Harmsen added an assist.

Wyomissing goalie Keaton Piacine made18 saves.

For the Eagles, Lucas Kabott and Aiden Bahm each had two goals, and Dalton Robinson had a goal. Trey Wegand and Sam Johnson had assists.

Goalie Dylan Robinson made 11 saves.

Schuylkill Valley 11, Daniel Boone 9

Caden Ryan scored five goals to lead Schuylkill Valley to an 11-9 win over Daniel Boone in boys lacrosse on Tuesday.

Ryan also had an assist, and Ben Ostrowski had a goal and assist for the Panthers.

Girls

Kylie Duke scored four goals and Meredith Siever and Ellie Kaplan had three each as Twin Valley shut out Conrad Weiser 18-0 in a girls lacrosse match on Tuesday.

Wilson 20, Muhlenberg 5

Seventeen different players scored as Wilson defeated Muhlenberg 20-5 on Monday.

For the Bulldogs, Ryan Leaman, Anna Trickett and Aubrey Santiago each scored two goals.

Emma Byers scored all 5 of the Mustangs’ goals.

Wyomissing 17, Exeter 3

Molly Macrina scored 5 goals and Emily Maturi and Mackenzie Maggs had three each as Wyomissing defeated Exeter 17-3.

Kacey Maggs had 2 goals and 3 assists, Aubrey Hurleman had 2 goals, and Karly Hyde had 2 goals and 4 assists.

Goalie Sky Maggs made 3 saves.
