The Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA) will host a “Networking Breakfast with Berks County Commissioners,” DoubleTree by Hilton Reading, 701 Penn St., Reading, 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Attendees will hear an update from the newly formed Board of Commissioners including Christian Leinbach, Michael Rivera, and Dante Santoni Jr. Each will lay out their goals for 2024, including economic development, smart growth and housing, broadband expansion, the Schuylkill River Passenger Rail Authority and other issues. This Supervisor Boot Camp will be five, half-day sessions held once a week through Feb. 8. The development program teaches practical, relevant and easy-to-apply skills for all levels of supervisors.
