The City of Reading is excited to announce the August First Friday on the 600 block of Penn Street, on Friday, Aug. 2, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. This event promises an evening filled with art, culture, and community fun.
Attendees can enjoy:
- Delicious food from established businesses and area food vendors offering a variety of delicious food.
- A beer garden fueled by Pagoda City Brewing and cocktails by Skylight Cuisine & Bar.
- Live DJ setting the perfect soundtrack for a fun evening in downtown Reading.
- Recreational Pickleball games by Coach Larry Zerbe of Z4ALL.
- Bouncy house, bubble station, and other kid-friendly activities.
- A variety of information and activities hosted by local organizations.
- Cornhole, Jumbo Jenga, Connect Four, and more.
