Join the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA) and the United Way of Berks County as they host “Financial Foundations for Non-Profits: A Hands-On Workshop,” on Thursday, April 3, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., at the McGlinn Conference Center, 460 St. Bernadine St., Reading.
This event will feature five speakers from RKL Virtual Management Solutions: Gretchen G. Naso, MBA, CVA, President; Victoria N. Pritchard, Technology & Innovation Practice Leader; Jordan Zimmerman, CPA, Core Accounting Practice Leader; Meghann E. Ryan, Financial Transformation & Client Integration Manager; and Michael C. They will aim to transform your understanding of nonprofit financial management in a hands-on workshop designed specifically for non-profit leaders, board members, and staff. You’ll gain insights and practical skills to better interpret financial statements, develop effective budgets, and identify key performance metrics critical to informed financial decision-making. This interactive session will demystify non-profit financial management through real-world examples, group discussions, and expert guidance.
Registration is required. Tickets are $20 for GRCA non-profit members, $30 for Association of Fundraising Professionals Berks County members (contact Anna Lisa at ALisa@greaterreading.org to register), and $50 for future GRCA non-profit members. Admission includes light breakfast and coffee. Register at greaterreading.org.
