Zach Neuin shot a 79 and Zach Crampton shot an 80 to lead Tulpehocken to victory in a high school quad golf match on Tuesday at Heidelberg Country Club as the season opened for Berks scholastic golfers.
Tulpehocken shot a four-player total of 332 with Exeter shooting 350, followed by Schuylkill Valley (356) and Kutztown (467).
Dylan Luft shot a 78 for Exeter and Connor Huggard shot an 82 for Schuylkill Valley.
Wilson wins quad match
Andrew Borneman, Luke Fallon and Chase Mitstifer each shot a 76 and Kyla Quimby chipped in a 77 to lead Wilson to a quad match victory on Tuesday at Flying Hills.
Wilson scored 305 with Gov. Mifflin next at 317, followed by Fleetwood (335) and Muhlenberg (376).
Fleetwood’s Cameron Peffel shot a 72. Nathan Radwanski of Gov. Mifflin shot a 77.
Twin Valley takes quad match
Kooper Zdimal shot a 72 to lead Twin Valley to a quad match victory on Tuesday at Manor Golf Club.
Twin Valley’s top four scores added up to 311 with Daniel Boone next 320, followed by Berks Catholic (343) and Conrad Weiser (357).
Chase Yenser shot a 68 for Daniel Boone, Braeden Stringer shot a 69 for Berks Catholic, and Alex Golembeski shot a 73 for Conrad Weiser.
