From Humane Pennsylvania
Humane Pennsylvania will host its third annual Egg Hunt for Pups on Saturday, April 12, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Danielle Ruiz-Murphy Dog Park, 503 S. Center Road (Route 82), Birdsboro. The rain date is Saturday, April 19.
Dogs and their caretakers can enjoy an afternoon outdoors in the fenced-in areas of the dog park, searching for treat- and prize-filled Easter eggs while benefiting the animals in Humane Pennsylvania’s care.
The event will feature prizes for both dogs and their owners, including Easter-themed toys and goodies from SunDog, Charlee Bear Dog Treats, Spike & Tilly’s Pet Resort, and more! Humane Pennsylvania merchandise and raffle prizes will also be available for purchase.
Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome. Time slots will be scheduled in 30-minute intervals with groups of 10 dogs, organized by size. The cost is $10 per dog. Pre-registration is required online by visiting the Upcoming Events page on the Humane Pennsylvania website.
