Ice event draws crowds to West Reading

West Reading held its seventh annual Ice ‘N Spice Festival along Penn Avenue over the weekend. The three-day event featured works by ice sculptors led by Danny Kissel of Kissel Studios, Newville, Cumberland County. The sculptures were placed along the borough’s central business district, where shops and restaurants offered special promotions in connection with the event.
