Come celebrate the outdoors in Schuylkill County at the third annual Lakefront Fest at
Sweet Arrow Lake County Park on Sunday, Oct. 13, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public and will be held in the Sweet Arrow clubhouse and nearby large pavilion.
Schuylkill Conservation District will provide free crafts and activities including a nature
walk for all ages with new environmental educator, Hannah Kulbitsky. Cub Scouts will
provide food and refreshments for purchase.
Highlights of the festival include Lykens Valley Children’s Museum, Splash the Clown,
Red Creek Wildlife Center, Friends of Frog Hollow, Explore Schuylkill, Schuylkill County Historical Society, PSU Master Gardeners and much more.
