Abu Barrie scored two goals as Conrad Weiser defeated Franklin Regional 2-0 in the quarterfinals of the PIAA Class 3A boys soccer tournament on Saturday.
The Scouts (24-1-1), the District 3 champions, will play Moon Area on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Bald Eagle High School in Bellefonte in the semifinals.
Barrie’s goals were assisted by Silas Miller and Gavin Rapp.
The Scouts had a 4-3 edge in shots and goalie Tyler Yonavick made three saves. Franklin goalie Noah Walker made two saves.
Conrad Weiser had a 4-3 edge in corners.
Moon Area (24-0), the District 7 champion, advanced to the semifinals with a 2-1 overtime win over District 8 champion Allerdice.
The other semifinal Tuesday night has District 1 champion Radnor against District 2 champion Dallas at 6 p.m. at Whitehall High School.
The championship match is Friday at 10 a.m. Eagle View High School in Mechanicsburg.
