Schuylkill Valley’s Owen Eisenhofer placed second in the 200 yard freestyle on Wednesday in the PIAA Class 2A Swimming and Diving Championships at Bucknell University.
The Panthers junior earned the silver medal with a time of 1:38.74. Preston Kessler of Indiana won in 1:37.82, a PIAA Class 2A record.
Eisenhofer’s teammate, Aiden Lawson, placed seventh in the 100 butterfly in 52.34.
Schuylkill Valley placed fourth in the 200 medley relay in 1:37.11.
In the 200 freestyle, Schuylkill Valley sophomore Luke Clark placed 26th in 1:51.25, and in the 200 IM the Panthers freshman Kyle Gao was 27th in 2:04.92.
In the 100 yard butterfly, Twin Valley senior Nolan Cromwell was 29th in 56.02.
