by Reading Hospital – Tower Health
The new location is conveniently located on State Hill Road next to Wyomissing Urgent Care, Pediatrics, and Physical Therapy.
The Reading Hospital Laboratory (Lab) at Berkshire Heights moved to a larger and more convenient location for patients.
The lab will be renamed Reading Hospital Laboratory Services–Wyomissing and opened at 2101 State Hill Road, Suite 4, on Monday, April 22. Any patient appointment already scheduled after April 22 at the Berkshire Heights location will automatically be transitioned to the new Wyomissing location.
“This move will allow us the opportunity for future growth,” said Charles F. Barbera, MD, Reading Hospital president and CEO. “Our laboratories have a reputation for accuracy and proficiency and are dedicated to meeting your needs and exceeding your expectations. We perform your tests as quickly as modern technology allows and make the results readily available to your physician – no matter which lab location you choose.”
Our Reading Hospital and Tower Health laboratories accept Medicare and Medicaid and can directly bill most insurance carriers. Walk-ins are welcome at any of our laboratory locations, but appointments are encouraged for shorter patient wait times. Appointments can be scheduled through MyTowerHealth, Towerhealth.org/labs, or by calling 1-833-34-TOWER.
