Safe Berks announced with a heavy heart that, effective Thursday, Nov. 6, Mindy McIntosh is stepping down as Director of Development after eight years of dedicated service.
During her tenure, McIntosh played a vital role in expanding community partnerships, further developing awareness programming and fundraising events, enhancing donor engagement, and raising essential funds that sustain the organization’s life-changing programs.
“Mindy’s impact on Safe Berks has been extraordinary,” said Beth Garrigan, CEO. “Her passion, professionalism, and deep commitment to our mission have touched countless lives. We are deeply grateful for her years of service and wish her continued success in her next chapter.”
“It’s been an honor to serve Safe Berks and to witness the compassion and resilience that define our community,” said McIntosh. “I’m confident the organization will continue to thrive and be there for survivors when they need it most.”

Safe Berks provides services and support for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and their family members and significant others.
