What started as a creative outlet during the COVID-19 lockdown, The Brad Weisman Show has evolved into a powerhouse podcast airing its 250th episode on Thursday, Sept. 18, with more than 750,000 downloads and a growing audience across multiple platforms. The Brad Weisman Show, hosted by Co-Owner and Associate Broker Brad Weisman of Keller Williams Platinum Realty, Wyomissing, is a fast-growing podcast that blends authentic storytelling, expert insight, and diverse guests into compelling conversations that resonate with audiences far beyond the real estate world.
As the show marks its milestone episode, Weisman is pausing to reflect. The special anniversary edition isn’t just another interview — it’s a curated “trip down memory lane,” revisiting some of the most impactful, entertaining, and heartfelt moments from the past five years. From celebrity guests to local changemakers to candid behind-the-scenes stories with family and friends, Weisman and his team have handpicked their favorite clips and conversations to showcase the essence of what the show has become. The episode also offers fans a rare glimpse into the making of the podcast — the nerves, the laughs, and the lessons learned along the way.
A key part of that evolution has been producer Hugo Cardona, who has guided the last 200 episodes. What started as a behind-the-scenes role has grown into an on-mic presence; Cardona now frequently poses his own questions and engages directly with guests, effectively becoming a co-host and an integral part of the show’s dynamic.
“The show has truly evolved a lot from episode 1 to episode 250. I’ve gotten better at asking questions, better at listening to know the questions to ask — spontaneous, authentic curiosity is what I call it — and I look forward to continuing to evolve as The Brad Weisman Show has its eyes set on reaching at least episode 500,” said Weisman.
Originally launched in April 2020 as Real Estate and YOU, the show emerged from Weisman’s need to connect during the early days of the pandemic shutdown.
“Real estate was deemed non-essential, and we were stuck at home,” Weisman recalls. “I told my wife, ‘I need to do something,’ and days later, podcast equipment arrived at our door.”
In January 2024, the podcast officially rebranded as The Brad Weisman Show to reflect a broader scope of guests and topics — from NFL stars to keynote speakers, local musicians, authors, and even his own family. “I realized I didn’t want to limit myself to just one subject,” Weisman said. “I wanted to follow my curiosity wherever it led — and that meant talking to people from all walks of life.”
Since its inception, the guest list has included notable names like Super Bowl Champion Chad Henne, renowned speaker and author Sylvie Di Giusto, and even a cast member from the Netflix Original — Owning Manhattan. Despite the occasional nerves, like he had when interviewing Henne as a self-proclaimed non-sports expert, Weisman thrives on uncovering the pathway to success rather than flashy numbers or viral moments.
“I get eight to 10 podcast guest requests a week from all over the world. I will listen to how they were on other shows to see if it fits my personality and my audience. Wealth and how fast you got to your success is not a story. I want to know how you got there. What’s your story?” he explained. “That’s what people connect with.”
With more than 89K followers on Instagram, 13,200 YouTube subscribers, and 4,500 Facebook followers, The Brad Weisman Show continues to grow its footprint — proving that real conversations, genuine curiosity, and a good sense of humor never go out of style.
