An Oregon man was arrested after state troopers found 185 pounds of marijuana in his vehicle during a traffic stop along Interstate 78 in Bethel Township, Lebanon County, investigators said.
Troopers gave this account:
A vehicle driven by Bolue Chen, 28, Clackamas, Ore., was stopped due to traffic violations on Tuesday at 2:19 p.m. Troopers noticed signs of criminal activity and were granted consent by the driver to search the vehicle.
After finding the marijuana, Chen was taken into custody.
