The Berks County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the following fugitives:
Christopher Licona, 28, whose last known address was in the 500 block of Buttonwood Street, Reading, is wanted on strangulation and terroristic threats charges.
Police stated that on July 9, Licona went to the victim’s residence and threatened her life with a firearm. The victim ran inside the residence and Licona followed her inside. He forced her into a room then choked her until she blacked out. He also punched her in the stomach and smacked her, then left the residence.
He is described as 5 feet 10 inches and 140 pounds.
Christopher Konarski, 36, whose last known address was in the 100 block of Engletown Road, Honey Brook, is wanted on flight to avoid apprehension charges.
Police stated that on June 26, Caernarvon Township police were called to a domestic incident involving Konarski. When police stopped to talk to him, he ran away. Konarski is wanted on multiple warrants and fled to avoid apprehension.
He is described as 6 feet and 150 pounds.
