Wanted in Berks: January 19, 2025

The Berks County sheriff’s office is seeking the following fugitives:

Travelle Martin

Travelle Martin, 26, whose last known address was in the 700 block of Gordon Street, Reading, is wanted on robbery, simple assault, false imprisonment and theft by unlawful taking charges.

Cumru Township police said they were dispatched for a possible domestic incident at the female victim’s residence on Jan. 2 and heard a male and female yelling. The officer saw the victim trying to flee through a window. Martin punched her and pulled her back inside. When police entered the apartment, Martin fled out the back door. Police said the victim suffered multiple injuries. Martin also took the victim’s cellphone. Charges were filed on Jan. 3.

He is described as 5 feet 10 inches and 165 pounds.

Roberto Cuestas

Roberto Cuestas, 33, whose last known address was in the 600 block of North 12th Street, Reading, is wanted on aggravated assault charges.

Reading police said Cuestas threatened to stab his family members with a knife on Dec. 25. They heard residents in the home screaming that Cuestas was trying to attack them and they were barricaded in a room. Officers contacted Cuestas through a window and entered the residence. He ran out through the rear door. Charges were filed on Dec. 25.

He is described as 5 feet 7 inches and 190 pounds.
