The Berks County sheriff’s office is seeking the following fugitives:
Luis Santos-Cruz, 19, whose last known address was in the 1500 block of Cotton Street, Reading, is wanted on first-degree murder charges.
Reading police stated that on April 1, Santos-Cruz was seen on video firing shots toward someone in the 1300 block of Muhlenberg Street. He and two other individuals fired, resulting in the death of the victim.
He is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 150 pounds.
Jamie Marshall, 36, whose last known address was in the 100 block of Community Drive, Cumru Township, is wanted on aggravated assault and robbery charges.
Birdsboro olice stated that on July 5, Marshall broke into a woman’s home and grabbed her by the arm, dragged her to a stairway and threw her down the stairs. Marshall then began to choke a female juvenile as the first victim fled the home. Marshall chased the victim, but she was able to escape into a neighbor’s home.
He is described as 5 feet 11 inches and 185 pounds.
