The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the following fugitives:
Shaun Marshall, 38, whose last known address was in Herndon, Northumberland County, is wanted on three counts of retail theft and probation violation charges.
Spring Township police said Marshall took items from Weis Food Markets and Giant Food Stores without paying on June 13, July 21 and 31. Police filed the retail theft charges. The Berks County Adult Probation Office filed a warrant for Marshall on April 12.
He is described as 5 feet 7 inches and 145 pounds.
Heriberto Rivera Jr., 59, whose last known address was in the first block of South Summit Avenue, Cumru Township, is wanted on retail theft and receiving stolen property charges.
Exeter Township police said Rivera took items valued at $222 without paying from Target on Aug. 10. Police filed charges on Sept. 11. Rivera is also wanted on a Berks County Adult Probation warrant filed Aug. 28.
He is described as 6 feet 1 inch and 200 pounds.
