Coroners were called to an accident in Alsace Township that resulted in a flipped vehicle and an ejection.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene at Bingaman Road and Skyline Drive. about 6:30 p.m.
Reports said multiple people were injured and one was killed in the crash.
Another person was trapped in the vehicle when crews arrived, and had to be removed using hydraulic equipment.
The trapped victim was freed from the wreckage and placed in the care of emergency crews, reports said.
