The Amity Township Lions Club recently hosted its Night at the Races event at the Oley Fairgrounds.
“Amity Lions want to thank the 200-plus community participants who supported the Night at the Races event held recently at the Oley Fairgrounds. It was a night of fun, fellowship and food,” Amity Lion Jimmy Hopper said in a statement. “This was a major fund raiser for the Lions. Every dollar raised goes right back into the community.”
The club thanks its loyal event sponsors Chuck’s Auto Parts Solutions and realtor Allison Heist, as well as basket and food sponsors Alley Heist, Berks Hot Dogs, Boas Family, Boyers Birdsboro, Chuck’s Auto Parts Solutions, Giant Foods, Jay Lanes, Karen Whellen, Linda McCue, McGrath’s Automotive, Philadelphia Phillies, Renninger Family, Tom Keim, Wegmans Market, Weis Market and Yellow House Restaurant.
