Three Berks girls lacrosse players, including two from BCIAA and District 3 Class 2A champion Wyomissing, have been named All-Americans for the central Pennsylvania region by USA Lacrosse.
Senior midfielder Audrey Hurleman and junior goalie Skylar Maggs were selected for the Spartans and were joined on the central Pa. section team by Twin Valley junior Ellie Kaplan.
Hurleman, a University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill commit, finished her career with 147 goals.
Maggs was the last line of defense for the Spartans as they won the BCIAA and District 3 championships before losing to Villa Maria 10-7 in the state semifinals.
Wyomissing finished the season 24-1.
Kaplan, a midfielder, enters her senior season with 182 goals, which ranks her fifth on the school’s all-time scoring list. Emma Raines, who graduated in 2022, is the school and county’s all-time leading scorer with 291 goals.
A total of 10 players were named All-Americans from the central Pennsylvania region.
The others were:
• Payton Basehore, junior midfielder, Cumberland Valley.
• Danielle Bruno, senior midfielder, Elizabethtown.
• Toby Bergstrom, junior defender, Manheim Township.
• Lexie Kauffman, junior midfielder, Manheim Township.
• Alivian Parmer, junior midfielder, Manheim Township.
• Sienna Chirieleison, senior midfielder, Trinity.
• Cambria Rice, junior midfielder, York Suburban.
