Berks baseball: Evan Glucksnis hurls Gov. Mifflin to 6-3 victory

Evan Glucksnis gave up three hits and two runs, neither earned, in pitching five innings as Gov. Mifflin defeated Dallastown 6-3 in a non-league high school baseball game on Wednesday.

Glucksnis struck out seven and walked four.

Travis Jenkins had an RBI double to tie the game at 2 in the bottom of the third and R.J. Weaver had an RBI double in the bottom of the fourth inning to put Mifflin up 3-2.

The Mustangs’ Ethan Grim was 2 for 3 with a double and a run.

Gov. Mifflin is the defending PIAA Class 5A champion.
