The BCIAA basketball quadruple header scheduled for today as been moved to Thursday because of inclement weather.
The games will be played at the same time as scheduled and will still be at Santander Arena in Reading.
There will be two girls semifinals and two boys semifinals played on Thursday.
The girls semifinals are second-seeded Wilson vs. third-seeded Gov. Mifflin at 4 p.m. and top-seeded Wyomissing against fourth-seeded Reading High at 7 p.m.
The boys semifinals are second-seeded Wilson against third-seeded Gov. Mifflin at 5:30 p.m. and top-seeded Berks Catholic against fourth-seeded Reading High at 8:30 p.m.
Wyomissing is the two-time defending girls champion. The Spartans beat the Bulldogs 45-36 in last year’s championship game.
Wilson is the defending boys champion. The Bulldogs beat Reading High 54-53 in last year’s championship game.
The championship games are scheduled for Friday at Santander with the girls game at 6 p.m. and the boys game at 8 p.m.
The District 3 playoffs begin next week with some classes starting on Monday and the rest on Tuesday.
