Berks high school girls soccer roundup Oct. 5

Stephanie Morales scored three goals to lead Muhlenberg to a 3-2 win over Dover on Saturday in high school girls soccer.

Morales broke a 2-2 tie with 2:05 remaining in the game, scoring the game-winner on a direct kick.

Muhls’ goalie Samantha Mirville made 12 saves.

Blue Mountain 2, Conrad Weiser 1

Caitlyn McGhee and Hailyey Sheuer scored goals to lead Blue Mountain to a 2-1 high school girls soccer win over Conrad Weiser on Saturday.

For Conrad Weiser, Cara Pearsall scored on an assist from Payton Kramlich.

Conrad Weiser goalie Leah Elliot made 10 saves.

Schuylkill Valley 5, Schuylkill Haven 2

Addie Becht scored three goals and Presleigh Finkbiner scored two goals and had two assists to lead Schuylkill Valley to a 5-2 win over Schuylkill Haven on Saturday.

Kylie Siket scored twice for Schuylkill Haven.

Bailey Pekuri had two assists for the Panthers.

Schuylkill Valley goalie Cailyn Smith made eight saves. The Panthers had a 16-10 edge in shots.

Upper Perkiomen 2, Fleetwood 1

Lexi Brunner and Sarah Straup scored as Upper Perkiomen defeated Fleetwood 2-1 on Saturday.

Gigi Gonzalez scored for Fleetwood.

Fleetwood goalie Abby Rowley made seven saves.

Wyomissing 6, Pine Grove 1

Sophia Zeppos and Dulce Lytle each scored two goals as Wyomissing defeated Pine Grove 6-1 on Saturday.

Ava Maturi and Lily Paolini  also scored for the Spartans.

Maturi, Dulce Lytle, Kyla Lytle, Lili Marshall and Zeppos had assists for Wyomissing, which had a 14-5 edge in shots.

Wyomissing goalie Estelle Benedict made three saves.

Northern Lehigh 4, Kutztown 1

Katelynn Barthold scored all four of Northern Lehigh’s goals in a 4-1 win over Kutztown on Saturday.

AJ Blank scored for the Cougars, with an assist from Lillia Pizzelanti.

Kutztown goalie Jayden Gehris made 11 saves.
