The TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce will host a “Membership Breakfast: Leading with Impact,” 8 to 9:30 a.m., Spring Hollow Golf Club, 3550 Schuylkill Road, Spring City. This membership breakfast will be presented by the TriCounty Young Professionals. A panel discussion will feature area leaders sharing how their leadership styles impact their workforce, productivity and employee morale. Thursday January 9

Berks LaunchBox presents “3D Printing for Beginners,” 6 to 8 p.m., at the Berks LaunchBox, Goggleworks Center for the Arts, Suite 105, 201 Washington St., Reading. In this program, delve into the world of 3D printing. Discover the software and equipment used in this process, as essential terms and tips of 3D printing are explored. Friday January 10

The Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA), will host “Berks County Commissioners Breakfast 2025,” 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., Reading Regional airport, 2501 Bernville Road. WCR Center for the Arts, 140 N. 5th St., Reading. Attendees will hear an update from Commissioners Christian Leinbach, Michael Rivera and Dante Santoni Jr. They will join the community to explore how the county, in collaboration with the GRCA, is enhancing connections and support across Berks County through transportation and infrastructure improvements, alongside ongoing efforts to strengthen our local workforce. Tuesday January 14

The Manufacturers Resource Center (MRC) will host, “Key Marketing Strategies to Differentiate Your Manufacturing Brand,” 10 to 11:30 a.m., virtually via Zoom. In this webinar, attendees will explore strategies that can help strengthen their brand, build trust with customers, and position their business for growth. Tuesday February 4

The Manufacturers Resource Center (MRC) will host, “Supervisor Boot Camp/Leadership Fundamentals – Berks,” 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., Brentwood Industries, 621 Brentwood Dr., Reading. This five, half-day development program teaches practical, relevant, and easy-to-apply skills for all levels of supervisors. Participants are held accountable for their learning and challenged to apply each topic in their own workplace.  The program dates also include: Feb. 11, 18, 25 and March 4. The TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce will host a “REACH Luncheon — Women’s Empowerment Panel,” 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., La Massaria at Bella Vista golf Course, 2901 Fagleysville Road, Gilbertsville. The luncheon will feature a panel of REACH members to discuss the advancement of leaders in their workplace.
