The Manufacturers Resource Center will host “Supervisor Boot Camp Leadership Fundamentals — Schuylkill County,” 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., Cardinal Systems, 250 Route 61 S., Schuylkill Haven. The Small Business Resource Association will host a Tuesday Tune-Up workshop, “Strategic Social Media: Bridging the Gap Between Current Practices and Future Success,” 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., virtually via Zoom. The TriCounty Young Professionals Program of the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce will host a “Membership Breakfast Event to Learn Leadership Skills,” 8 to 9:30 a.m., Spring Hill Golf Club, 3350 Schuylkill Road, Spring City. Three panelists will redefine leadership and share their methods of guiding their teams. Berks LaunchBox presents “Mastering Sales Conversations,” 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., virtually via Zoom. Berks Alliance Community Forum will present a “Spotlight on the Community First Fund,” 12 p.m., virtually via Zoom. A private, independent nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution, it provides entrepreneurs with business loans for projects that generate jobs and help revitalize communities. During this presentation, four members from Community First will outline the services provided and highlight some Berks County projects. This workshop series is designed to prepare teams of manufacturing and/or distribution company leaders to drive shirt-term profitable growth.
