Coronavirus NY Update: Statewide cases rise again, NYC cases up to 25

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Tuesday that the state’s confirmed coronavirus cases are up by about 25 from Monday’s official count of 142. He didn’t give an exact figure of new patients.
