Humane Pennsylvania is kicking off the summer with a weekend full of wagging tails, sweet whiskers, and fabulous finds! From Friday, July 11, to Sunday, July 13, join it for the Dog Days of Summer Adoption Weekend – proudly sponsored by its longtime friends at Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical.
Thanks to its generous support, adoption fees will be fully covered for eligible pets all weekend long:

Extra Weekend Fun at its Lancaster Campus
On Saturday, July 12, and Sunday, July 13, The Thrifty Kitty Thrift Boutique, located just next door, will also be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All proceeds benefit animals and programs of Humane PA, so every purchase makes a difference!
On Sunday, The Thrifty Kitty Flea Market will be set up just outside the Lancaster Adoption Center – a treasure hunter’s dream!

On Saturday, Brandywine Valley SPCA will host its Summer Bash from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., located inside the Spike & Tilly’s Pet Resort building at its Lancaster Campus.
- Dog adoption fees will be just $25 during this event – just follow the “DOG” signs to visit their kennels.
- Please note: This event is separate from Humane PA’s adoption weekend. Only cats and critters over 6 months old are eligible for free adoption fees from July 11 to July 13.
