EASTTOWN TOWNSHIP — Fred Beans Volkswagen of Devon has once again been named among the winners of Volkswagen’s Wolfsburg Crest Club. It is the seventh time the Chester County dealership has been recognized.
The annual program highlights the best performing Volkswagen dealerships in the country — recognized for meeting the highest standards in both service and sales.
The Fred Beans Volkswagen dealership recently earned the 2023 recognition for market performance — which considers customer service, customer retention and sales. The dealership has previously won for its sales volume, according to a press release.
“This most recent honor is a testament to our sales team, led by sales managers Anthony Law and Eric Olivieri,” BJ Murray, general manager of Fred Beans Volkswagen, said in a statement. “The team understands our market and how to connect with and best serve our customers.”
Murray said the Devon dealership is a smaller store and has a “familial vibe,” which resonates with the customer base, the release stated.
Fred Beans Volkswagen of Devon also recently earned recognition from the manufacturer for winning a fourth-quarter parts and service contest last year. The dealership won for meeting its parts objective, survey question averages from service customers, its service effectiveness percentage and dealer installed accessories, the company said.
In addition, the Fred Beans Automotive Group’s Parts Distribution Center was the top Volkswagen parts wholesale dealer in the country for 2023.
Fred Beans Automotive Group includes more than 20 dealerships, 18 brands, six Fred Beans collision centers (franchised CARSTAR), two AutoExpress locations, a parts warehouse, two Carquest locations, four Autorents rental locations, and commercial truck sales. Headquartered in Doylestown, Bucks County, the company includes several locations in Berks, Chester, and Montgomery counties.
