Grandchildren’s Day at Pottstown Carousel offers grand time for all ages

Families enjoyed a grand time during Grandchildren’s Day at The Carousel At Pottstown.

With a total attendance of 105 people, which included adults and children, Grandchildren’s Day included unlimited rides on the Carousel, a visit with Reading Fightin Phils mascot Screwball, Maggie the Therapy Dog, and a treat from the Ice Cream Truck.

Sponsors of the Aug. 2 event included Berks County Area Agency on Aging, Ladies Auxiliary of Friendship Hook and Ladder Company, Tri-County Area Federal Credit Union, Keystone Villa at Douglassville and Reading Fightin Phils.
