Halloween parade 2023 schedule for Berks County

A list of upcoming Halloween 2023 parades in Berks County:

Saturday Oct. 7

Temple, 6 p.m. (Rain date is Oct. 8 at 4 p.m.) Starts at Muhlenberg Elementary Center, 610 Sharp Ave., continues to left on Kutztown Road and then left on Mt. Laurel Road to Seventh Avenue.

Saturday, Oct. 14

Topton, 7 p.m. (Rain date is Sunday, Oct. 15) The Topton Community Outreach Club will hold the 67th Annual Topton Halloween Parade. It begins and ends at Deka/East Penn Manufacturing.

Tuesday, Oct. 17

Amity Township (Douglassville), 6:30 p.m. The Daniel Boone Optimists Halloween Parade begins at 520 Lake Drive. Registration is 5:30 to 6:15 p.m., cash prizes will be awarded. There will be food trucks opening at 5:30 p.m. and music by One 2 One Productions.

Wednesday, Oct. 18

Spring Township, 7 p.m. (Rain date Oct. 19 at 7 p m.) The 47th Annual Spring Township Lions Club Halloween Parade begins on Hillvale Road. Cash prizes awarded to groups and individual marchers.

Thursday, Oct. 19

Birdsboro, 7 p.m. (Rain date Oct. 26) The Birdsboro Rotary Halloween Parade begins at Daniel Boone High School. Registration 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday Oct. 21

Oley, 1 p.m. The Oley Fire Company Halloween Parade will be held along Main Street.

Mohnton, 7 p.m. The Mohnton-Cumru Lions Club Great Pumpkin Parade begins in the Northridge section of the borough at Katie Lane and Sycamore Street and continues to Wolf Lane, West Madison Street, Chestnut Street, East Wyomissing Avenue and ends at the Mohnton Playground. Cash prizes awarded for top floats and walkers.

Boyertown, 7 p.m. (Rain date Oct. 22 at 2 p.m.) The Boyertown Halloween Parade begins at Madison and continues to East Second Street. Lineup is at Berk International, Boyertown Middle School and Boyertown Elementary School.

Monday, Oct. 23

Bally, 7 p.m. (Rain date Thursday, Oct. 26) The Bally Lions Club Halloween Parade will start at 7 p.m. near the borough office at 425 Chestnut St. and moves along Main Street between North Fourth and Seventh streets. Cash prizes for floats. Each child marching receives $1. Register by 6 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 28

Spring Township, 1-3 p.m. The 13th Annual Spring Ridge Halloween Barkfest will be held at the Villages of Spring Ridge Recreation Center, 1 Spring Ridge Drive (behind Isaac’s Restaurant). Open to the public. All leashed, well-behaved pets are welcome to attend. Prizes will given for funniest, scariest, most original and best owner/pet combination. Costume judging will be by the staff of the Wyomissing Animal Hospital.

Saturday, Oct. 28

Hamburg, 7 p.m. (Rain date Saturday, Nov. 6) The 59th Annual King Frost Parade will be held in downtown Hamburg.
