The heat is on, just ahead of the official calendar start of summer.
The National Weather Service issued heat advisories in effect today at 11 a.m. through Thursday at 8 p.m. in Delaware, eastern Montgomery and lower Bucks counties in Pennsylvania, and Camden, Gloucester, Mercer and northwestern Burlington counties in New Jersey.

Wear lightweight and loose-fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.”
