High school golf roundup for Aug. 25: Oley Valley, Wilson notch victories

Matt Rubendall shot a two-over par 51 for 12 holes at Golden Oaks on Monday to lead Oley Valley to a 226-239 high school golf victory over Exeter.

Exeter’s Giulia Weisser had the lowest round, shooting a 2-under par 47. Also for Oley, Chloe Pridie shot 57.

Wilson 301, Berks Catholic 320

Luke Fallon and Chase Mitsifer each shot 75 at Manor Golf Club to lead Wilson to a 301-320 victory over Berks Catholic.

Also for the Bulldogs, Kyle Lamb shot 76 and Gabriel Spohn 78.

For the Saints, Braeden Stringer had the low round with a 69.

Schuylkill Valley 263, Gov. Mifflin 280

Connor Huggard shot a 59 for 14 holes at Heidelberg Country Club Monday to lead Schuylkill Valley to a 263-280 victory over Gov. Mifflin.

Also for the Panthers, Abby McCaffrey shot a 62.

For the Mustangs, Brady Morris shot 61.
