Katherine Johnson, mathematician and real-life subject of 'Hidden Figures,' dies at 101

Johnson was known as a ‘hidden figure’ inside the space agency as she calculated flight trajectories for Project Mercury and the 1969 Apollo 11 flight to the moon.
