Kutztown Rotary Club honored Elyse Stufflet and Elise Sica as December Students of the Month during a ceremony at Kutztown Tavern on Dec. 6.
Each month throughout the school year, school administrations select one student each from Kutztown and Brandywine Heights area high schools for this award based collectively on academic achievement, school participation and community contributions.

During the ceremony, Sica and Stufflet addressed the club members, demonstrating their qualities of exemplary students. Sica performed a duet with her father.
The ceremony normally occurs during the Kutztown Rotary Club meeting on the first Wednesday of the month at the Kutztown Tavern, where the club generally hosts weekly meetings.
