The LGBT people have it backwards. They say we Christians hate them because we do not agree with them. Rather they hate us because we don’t support their views. We do not hate them, but we do hate the sin they engage in.
As in many cases, they are the minority, making the majority of the noise. I can’t understand how Christian-professing people defend something that is soundly and consistently called “sin” in the Bible. Sexual perversion was the sin of biblical Sodom and Gomorrah, hence the term “sodomy.”
In my 70 years, I have seen America increasingly traveling on the wrong road in more and more areas. Increasingly, what is right is being called wrong, and that which is wrong is being called right.
We are in perilous times indeed. On the other hand obviously there is enough good left that God has not “pulled the carpet” yet.
