In conjunction with National Child Passenger Safety Week, the Pennsylvania State Police will be strongly enforcing any violation of the Commonwealth’s seat belt and child passenger restraint laws. National Child Passenger Safety Week is from Sunday, Sept. 15, through Saturday, Sept. 21. PSP Reading (600 Kenhorst Blvd., Reading) will be offering free car seat checks on the following dates and times:
- Sunday, Sept. 15, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Tuesday, Sept. 17, 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Wednesday, Sept. 18, 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 19, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
No appointment is necessary.
