Child passenger safety seat checks planned at state police station in Reading

State police are offering free child passenger safety seat inspections at the Reading station next week.

The car-seat checks are scheduled at the station at 600 Kenhorst Blvd. on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sept. 23 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Troopers certified in child passenger safety seat inspections will conduct the checks.

No reservations are needed.
