Pa. gov orders restaurants, bars to close dine-in service in 5 counties over COVID-19 outbreak

Pennsylvania has announced 16 new cases of Covid-19 across the commonwealth; social distancing efforts, designed to halt the spread of the coronavirus, are now in effect for Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties.
