Power restored to most of the affected Center City Philadelphia tourist attractions following manhole fire

Power has been restored to the Liberty Bell Center and the Independence Visitor Center following a fire in a manhole earlier this weekend. However, the Benjamin Franklin Museum remains in the dark.
