Carson Adams
Age: 35
Occupation: Physician

Response 1: As a graduate of the Hamburg School District, I am extremely grateful for the educational opportunities afforded to me by my teachers and administration during my school years. I believe that a high-quality public education is an essential service that should be available to all children, including my own four daughters.
Furthermore, I think it is very important that the values of the residents of the district dictate the educational environment of our schools. I hope to contribute my time and services to help make sure that the district remains a great place to live and learn for all the children of our school district.
Response 2: One of the most significant challenges facing school districts today would be ensuring a school curriculum that will prepare students to succeed in a rapidly evolving world. The world that our children are growing up in is vastly different than the world of their parents and grandparents. It will be a continual challenge to ensure that the children of our school district are prepared for a world ever more dependent on technology without sacrificing the foundational components of a traditional education.
As a member of the school board, I hope to ensure a curriculum and educational environment that affords our children the opportunities and education necessary to pursue their individual interests and live a successful life.
