Prison officer warned that Danelo Cavalcante was 'planning an escape' a month before busting out

The email, obtained under Pennsylvania’s right-to-know law, was forwarded by Cpt. Harry Griswold to Howard Holland, then the newly appointed acting warden, a few hours after he received it.
