Route 345 in Exeter closed after truck spills load of stone

Route 345 remains closed at Route 422 in Exeter Township after a truck lost a large load of stone, Berks County emergency officials said.

The mishap occurred shortly after 6 a.m. Monday. Fire police are directing traffic off the section of road until the stone can be removed. There was no word on when the road will reopen.
