The following information comes from police reports and court records.

Burglary: State police are investigating a burglary on Sweet Arrow Lake Road in Washington Township. About $150 was taken between Jan. 25 and Jan. 27 at 8:30 a.m. A 2015 Dodge Nitro was involved.

Criminal Mischief: State police were dispatched to the 300 block of Gap Street in Hegins Township on Jan. 26 at about 8:42 p.m. A Valley View woman told police she was driving when someone struck her vehicle door with a pellet gun. There were no injuries. Police are investigating.

Theft: State police were dispatched to S. Route 183 in Wayne Township for a report of a stolen tractor. The 2012 red International Harvester tractor with a closed cab was last seen in mid-October. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 570-754-4600.

Crash: On Jan. 20 at about 7:30 p.m., state police responded to an accident in the 1200 block of Centre Turnpike in West Brunswick Township. Video surveillance footage showed that a white, newer model, large SUV entered a church parking lot, struck and knocked down a light pole, then left the scene. The SUV has damage to the passenger side headlight assembly.

Crash: On Jan. 19 at about 12:30 p.m., state police responded to a four vehicle accident on Route 61 south of the Mount Carbon Arch in North Manheim Township. Jerrett Kent, 32, Orwigsburg was driving north on Route 61. An SUV driven by Justin Yearing, 32, Kingston, was stopped in the left lane, disabled due to a previous accident. Shelley Cole, 34, Seltzer, was parked in the left lane to assist Yearing. Kent was unable to stop for the disabled vehicle and rear-ended it, pushing the car into people who were assessing damage from the previous accident. It then struck Cole’s car.  A tractor trailer driven by Volodymyr Bohuml, 39, Farmington Hills, Mich., was hit by Kent’s SUV. Yearing and Cole were transported to Lehigh Valley East. Another person drove himself to Lehigh Valley East. Two vehicles were towed. Troopers said Kent was driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Criminal Mischief: State police were called to Flat Hill Road in Washington Township for a report of criminal mischief. A Pine Grove man reported a 1988 Jeep damaged his crop field. Damage was estimated at about $500. Police are investigating.
