Suspect in distinctive sweatshirt sought in SEPTA bus stop shooting that left high schooler dead

Do you recognize these suspects? Police said one of the males was seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt that says “DON’T GET EMOTIONAL IT’S ONLY BROKEN PROMISES” on the back.
