Teen killed after street racing chaos, police-involved shooting in Philadelphia

Investigators will be holding an afternoon press conference concerning the trooper-involved fatal shooting of 18-year-old Anthony Allegrini Jr. of Glen Mills, Pa. during a weekend car racing incident.
