Victim in Mark Sanchez altercation files civil lawsuit against former NFL quarterback and Fox

An attorney for Perry Tole said that Tole was the victim of a “violent,” “unprovoked” attack from Sanchez and tried to defend himself by stabbing the former NFL player.
