The Berks County sheriff’s office is seeking the following fugitives:
• Joseph Skelly, 43, whose last known address was in the 4000 block of River Road, Muhlenberg Township, is wanted on rape, sexual assault less than 16 years of age and corruption of minors of minors charges.
Police stated that between Feb. 10 and Oct. 10, Skelly forcibly engage in sexual intercourse with a victim under the age of 16. Skelly was told to turn himself in but failed to do so. He may have fled to California. Charges were filed on Nov. 1 by the Berks County District Attorney’s office detectives.
He is described as 6 feet and 200 pounds.
• Kristi Zimmerman, 42, whose last known address was in the first block of North Greenview Road, Schuylkill Haven, is wanted on possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance charges.
Police stated that on April 15, Zimmerman was involved in a traffic stop by Exeter Township police. After getting permission to search the vehicle, an officer found 4 grams of methamphetamine, 320 baggies of heroin/fentanyl, 12 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of crack cocaine, needles and packaging commonly used for narcotics. Charges were filed Nov. 7 by Exeter police.
She is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 145 pounds.
